The Senior Coordinator provides leadership and direction to the Roster Support Team and is responsible for the System Administration tasks and responsibilities of the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Rostering solution for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service within a client focused multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities include: 
Manage all aspects of performance for staff reporting to this position, in line with Queensland Health Human Resource policies and guidelines including Performance and Development compliance, and professional and mandatory trainingManage recruitment, orientation, training, and ongoing supervision of team members, using contemporary human resource management practices with particular reference to developing and enhancing staff competencies and experiences to support operational efficiency.Ensure established performance measures are met for staff reporting to this position including, overtime, flex and leave balances, variable working hours, and absenteeism to align with organisational direction and strategic plans.Remuneration value up to $144,003 p.a., comprising salary between $117,824 - $126,212 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6).
