We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to coordinate projects, activities and support operations across teams in the Collection Services Directorate.

Vacancy We have a full-time (75 hours per fortnight), permanent Senior Coordinator role available.
The Role Are you an exceptional organiser of projects and people?
We are seeking an organised, talented, and motivated individual who is passionate about making improvements and solving problems.
The role is part of the Collection Services Directorate team and is central to supporting the team's day-to-day collections activities including:
Directorate projects, scheduling, and work allocationCoordinating business and workflow improvementsDeveloping systems, reporting, and monitoring toolsBeing adaptive and responsive in a rapidly changing environmentFor further details on the position and the Essential Work Related Requirements you are encouraged to read the attached Job Description Form (JDF).

A current CV with the contact details of two work related refereesA document (maximum 2 pages) that details your experience, skills and abilities in relation to the numbered (1), (3) and (4) Essential Work Related Requirements as listed in the Job Description Form (JDF):(1) Role Specific:Experience supporting collection management activities in a library, or similar, environment.Experience providing coordination and administration support for projects and operations.Experience in a range of standard and library specific systems and applications to support the Directorate's work including procedures, processes and policies.(3) Achieves Results:Ability to respond positively to change, working to agreed priorities whilst ensuring performance expectations are met.Experience in creating client-focussed workflows that reflect data accuracy and integrity.(4) Builds Productive Relationships:Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members, colleagues, and clients.Commitment to share information, seek input, collaborate, and keep others informed.Please note the closing date and time and allow yourself enough time to apply online as lodgement is system generated.
