We are looking out for:
Your demonstrated compassion and empathy.
Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our residents and their families.
Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience and teamwork Previous experience in bulk cooking, preferably in aged care Your ability to work efficiently and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Current knowledge of Food Handling Legislative including HACCP requirements Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery as well as Food Safety Certification Australian Working Rights
