The Role By joining this reputable conveyancing team, you will take pride in your role servicing long standing clients.
Your duties may include:
Taking initial instructionsPreparing and reviewing contractsPreparing of all related correspondence, statements and agreementsObtaining certificates and conducting relevant searchesLiaising with clients, banks and other party representatives Coordinating settlementsAll post settlement duties including final invoices and lettersSkills & Expertise Proven experience as a conveyancing clerk within a private practice law firm or conveyancing practiceThe ability to work autonomously Knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online and LeapStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn enthusiastic and proactive attitudeA generous salary will be available for a conveyancing clerk who ticks all the boxes!
