The Role By joining this reputable conveyancing team, you will take pride in your role servicing long standing clients. Your duties may include:
Taking initial instructions Preparing and reviewing contracts Preparing of all related correspondence, statements and agreements Obtaining certificates and conducting relevant searches Liaising with clients, banks and other party representatives  Coordinating settlements All post settlement duties including final invoices and letters Skills & Expertise Proven experience as a conveyancing clerk within a private practice law firm or conveyancing practice The ability to work autonomously  Knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online and Leap Strong written and verbal communication skills An enthusiastic and proactive attitude A generous salary will be available for a conveyancing clerk who ticks all the boxes!
