Senior Conveyancer

We are a boutique Law firm seeking a senior conveyancing professional for a full-time position in our Melbourne office.The successful applicant will be able to:Complete conveyancing files from start to finish.Work autonomously on your own portfolio of new and return clients.Work collaboratively within a team.Ensure the highest quality of service and professionalism.Skills and experience:To be suitable for this opportunity, you will ideally have a thorough understanding of end-to-end residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, be deadline-driven, have high attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously on files from commencement through to closure.You have at least 5 years' experience working as a conveyancing clerk.Able to manage a conveyancing file from start to finish.Able to articulately provide advice on Contracts.Conducting due diligence checks and searches.Drafting correspondence, preparing transfer documentation, and settlement calculations.Liaising with clients, financiers, and regulatory bodies as required.Experience with duties online, PEXA, InfoTrack, and a high level of IT competency.Complex subdivision conveyancing and off-the-plan work.Liaising with clients and other parties.Must have great attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Great work ethic, and the ability to manage competing priorities.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a conveyancer?
