Senior Conveyancer

Nevett Wilkinson Frawley is looking for a Conveyancer to join our dynamic and growing team with offices in Ballarat, Daylesford, Castlemaine, and Beaufort.We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer (5+ years) to become an integral part of our expanding business. This opportunity will provide the right candidate with a chance to work with a close-knit team, where reward for effort is at the core of our ethos.The RoleThe role will include:Running files, both alone and in conjunction with the senior property law team, from our conveyancing & broader Property Law portfolio, including complex farm transactions and multiple lot developments resulting in over 500 transactions per year.Drafting and preparation of documents.Data entry and time-sheet entry.Liaising with clients and external stakeholders via phone, letter, email, and in person.PEXA management & settlement sign off.RequirementsTo succeed with your application, you will:Have exceptional organisational skills, show initiative, and have impeccable attention to detail.Be a team player, with an ability to work both autonomously and as part of the group.Have a "can do" attitude and a good sense of humour.Possess sound knowledge of the full Microsoft Suite.Experience in the industry, particularly in using PEXA & Duties Online, is essential; familiarity with Smokeball Legal Practice Management System or similar will be highly regarded.What's on offerA fantastic opportunity to join a growing law firm.Access to proven mentors in an expanding legal environment.
