SENIOR CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEER Perth, Western Australia Major Mining/Resources Project Competitive rates & Flexible Working The Role:
Our client is currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Senior Control Systems Engineers from a design & execution background to work across several of our exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include: Development of control system design and implementation deliverables, including Requirements Specifications, Scopes of Work, Functional Specifications and Test documentation. Project studies and concept designs including estimating, architecture development, control philosophies and prototyping. Active participation in HAZOPs and Risk Assessments. Delivering complex control system designs on key industrial projects. PLC and HMI development and testing. Interface with vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Attendance at panel factory acceptance testing and vendor integration testing. Some ad-hoc, short term on-site commissioning (various locations). Promotion of Safety in Design on control system projects. About You Engineering degree qualification. ABB 800xA DCS required.Emerson Delta V DCS, Allen Bradley, Schneider, considered. Experience in significant control system design and execution projects. Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team. Proven successful delivery of control system projects in the mining industry. A desire for personal development and a keen eye for detail. A focus on quality and performance. Experience with materials handling and commissioning is required. CitectSCADA, Wonderware experience ideal. Experience with multidisciplinary design interfaces (particularly electrical and mechanical) required. Functional Safety experience beneficial but, not required. Contact Details & How to Apply
