We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of complex projects.

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of contracts for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Review and interpret contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are met in the delivery of bridge, road, concrete, and water projects.
Provide guidance on contract-related matters during project planning, execution, and close-out phases.
Monitor project progress to identify potential contractual issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement strategies for the resolution of claims and disputes, ensuring the protection of the company's interests.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze and respond to claims from both clients and subcontractors.
Lead negotiations for claim settlements and contract variations.
Conduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and propose risk mitigation measures.
Develop and maintain risk registers, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
Provide guidance on risk allocation strategies during contract negotiations.
Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in contract management, with a focus on bridge, road, concrete, and water projects.
Proven experience working for main contractors in a senior contracts management capacity.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC, and relevant industry standards.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
