Interviewing NowProjects up to $300ml$180k + SuperCGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x2 Infrastructure Upgrades for their key client Queensland Rail. Due to this growth, they have identified a need for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the business on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing preliminaries and subcontract procurement, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reviewing subcontract submissions. The position will also involve mentoring x2 Junior CAs and entail a high level of client reporting.

The role offers a high level of autonomy and involves working with a business that is fast becoming an established player in the QLD Rail Infrastructure market, with a project pipeline of over $500ml. The location of the role is commutable from both Central and South Brisbane, as well as from the Gold Coast, making it an ideal role for an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to step up into a Senior level role.
