Working alongside the Commercial Director of Developments, this role would suit an experienced Construction Professional looking to turn their hand to a client-side opportunity.
Roles and Responsibilities Assessing and managing contract claims Cost management and forecasting Drive DA / CDC approvals Review of contract scopes, cost, and contracting model Support the appointment of consultants, sub-contractors, and contractors Process progress claims and review variations Prepare project cost plans, ongoing cost control Maintain project management records What is in it for you?
