Senior Contracts Administrator

Due to newly won projects, our client is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator with residential experience to work with one of the premier builders in Perth WA.
Given the size of this organisation, you are able to truly be involved in all aspects of the project while contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency, and safety of all members on site.
Our Partner is looking for a CA who can:

Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works.
Prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendations.
Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports.
Assist the Project Manager with matters relating to project costs reports, etc.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary education/qualification.
Strong track record in a similar role working within residential or commercial construction projects.
Experience working on commercial residential projects with $10M – $40M.
Team player who is an all-rounder and can get in and get the job done!
