With a solid reputation built over 20 years, we have successfully delivered over 1,500 residential apartments and are now poised for the next phase of expansion, with nearly 2,000 apartments in the pipeline.Our diverse operations include residential, build-to-rent, and commercial developments. We also manage investment properties and provide comprehensive property and asset management services.As we embark on an exciting series of projects, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-rise residential construction and possess strong leadership qualities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide contractual support to Project ManagersPrepare cost report and handle large sub-contractor packagesRead and interpret site and engineering plans, prepare Bill of Quantities as per requirementsAssist in compiling overall program as required.Physical check of completed work on site for claims and payments.Collate and review tender submissions.Prepare and manage sub-contractor packages, scopes, contracts, and procurement processes.Monitor and track project expenditures.Evaluate and negotiate project/subcontractor claims and variations.Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.Skills and Experience4 - 6+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator in residential and club projects.Experience in Class 2 buildings.Tertiary qualification in construction or a related building discipline.Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Join Our TeamTo apply, please submit your resume via the Quick Apply button, ensuring your profile includes relevant project examples for prompt evaluation.
