Excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly self-motivated and proactive Senior Contracts Administrator who is keen to find their next challenge.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for the governance, management and day-to-day leadership of all commercial and business processes required to support operations to achieve both our and our client objectives.
You will work closely with the business to foster a commercially aware and client-focused culture.
Due to the nature of our contract, this role can be based anywhere in Australia with the understanding that the successful applicant will need to travel on an ad-hoc basis as required.
Working within our Telco division, you will ensure that all commercial risks and issues are identified and managed, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and innovation concepts.

As a result, we seek to employ people who will succeed in this role and you will ideally have:
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with client and supply chain stakeholders, internal management, and all levels of the project and operations delivery teams.Experience within the Telco industry, large construction, or infrastructure services project environments would be highly advantageous.Proven commercial acumen: client and supply chain contract compliance, governance, variations, notices and contract administration, claims and dispute management, reporting, supply chain commercial management, tendering, risk and opportunities, financial and performance modelling.Demonstrated ability to engage with project stakeholders at all levels of the project delivery team and contribute effectively within project team meetings.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.About the company Ventia is one of Australasia's largest dedicated infrastructure service providers.
