Office based role for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator
Position Details Location: Sydney (Head office role)
Salary: Circa $200k package

About the Role A developer-builder with an approved project that has just begun needs to appoint a Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee the contracts management component of the project. This project is due to last 18-24 months with the possibility of future work beyond this initial project.

About Us A well-established, funded, and buoyant developer-builder in the Class 2/Apartment space. Ready to bring in an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator prior to the end of year shutdown. Offering a role on a fully funded project that has just commenced, with an 18-24 month full-time role initially, and the possibility of ongoing work thereafter.

About You An experienced Senior Contracts Administrator ideally with Mandarin language skills. Experience on Sydney-based Class 2/Apartment projects. You're a rounded Senior Contracts Administrator with exposure to all aspects of the role. Able to manage internal stakeholders and a couple of junior reports.
