Contracts Administrator - Light Commercial and Fitout, SydneyAbout The CompanyThis highly successful National Light Commercial and Fitout Builder has created a new role for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team of four Contract Administrators, supporting the Senior Project Manager.About The RoleAssist in the preparation, review and administration of contracts and related documents.Administration of head contracts ensuring all obligations are fulfilled including assisting in the preparation of progress claims, notices, variations, and other contractual correspondence.Support the Commercial Manager and Project Manager in managing project timelines, budgets and resources.Assist as required in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers.Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues promptly.Requirements for this role4+ years experience as a Contracts AdministratorExperience in the Construction or Fitout or Light Commercial industryProficiency in Pro-Core or a similar softwareRegister for job alerts on
