Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team and support the construction function of our business. The role is hybrid, requiring both office and on-site work.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist in the close out of developments and transition into setting up new builds.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the construction function of our business.Assist in the close out of developments.Transition into setting up new builds.Produce accurate cost reports and tender recommendations.Deliver on outcomes committed to and ensure project integrity.Minimum Requirements6+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.Experience with high-density residential apartment projects valued at $50m+.Knowledge of the Sydney construction market and subcontractors.Ability to read and interpret plans and understand technical construction methodology.
