We are looking for a seasoned professional with a

strong

background in Head Contract and Subcontract management, procurement, and claims handling.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional

formal letter writing skills

Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or similar field5+ years relevant site experienceExcellent communication skills:

Strong proficiency in verbal and written English, particularly for creating professional reports and correspondence using contractual and commercial terminology.Commercial and contract expertise:

In-depth knowledge of commercial requirements, contract and subcontract management, cost control, and negotiating and developing contract agreements within the construction and engineering sector.Strong organizational skills:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, with the capacity to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.Workplace experience and team collaboration:

Previous experience in a similar environment, with the ability to work independently and contribute proactively as part of a cooperative team.Hands-on contract management:
