This commercial builder with over 80 years of project delivery is seeking an experienced Senior CA to join the business due to a retirement within the team.
They deliver a range of diverse commercial projects throughout Melbourne, up to $70m singular, or $200m as part of a larger package.
Seeking a demonstrated team player, and a natural leader to assist the other CA's within the business and help drive the project team to success.Your new role
The role involves:Leading the team drafting scope of works and developing packages for letting.Manage and drive the review process, ensuring conditions for contracts are met and adhered to.Operate and maintain commercial and contract systems, project cost reporting etc.Competitive quoting for packages, risk vs reward and workflow analysis for the best outcome for the business.What you'll need to succeed
You must have:7-10 years' Industry experience in Contract Administration.Experience working on the full lifecycle of commercial projects in excess of $50m.Team player attitude.Ability to demonstrate competitive CA works - evaluate the benefits of utilising contractors from a short/long term relationship perspective.Ability to live and work permanently in Australia.What you'll get in return
