3D Commercial are seeking a Contracts Administrator with 5+ years of experience in the commercial sector on projects between $5m - $20m.

With a contemporary approach to building they have a great reputation and have some exciting projects on the horizon, as well as under construction.
Their team has decades of experience in delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and on time.
Due to an internal promotion, you will join their team and assist in the construction of commercial projects between $5m - $20m in value.
With the support of a junior CA, you will be responsible for running two projects simultaneously (one $15m project and another $10m project) and ensuring the project runs smoothly, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
