My client's dynamic and innovative construction company is based on the central Gold Coast and is seeking a talented and skilled Contracts Administrator to join their team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure and administer all subcontracts and assist the Project Manager in administrating the head contract effectively. Assist the Senior Estimator to prepare tenders and proposals for new projects. Document control, payment claims, and schedules. Prepare procurement schedules. Compile tender packages, scopes of work, and pricing schedules from project documentation. Assess tenders upon receipt, organising sub-contractor bid meetings, tender recommendations including budget analyses and transfers. Compile and issue finalised agreements. Consult and review with external parties to formulate estimates, variation, and pricing. What my client offers:
