Job Opportunity: Senior Contracts Administrator Are you an experienced CA in the construction sector looking to expand, or are you a current Senior CA looking for your next opportunity? We are partnering with one of our clients to find a Senior CA for a role based within their head office in north side Brisbane.
The company in question undertakes large residential apartment projects and has a 30+ year history of construction projects in the state of Queensland, with a rich company culture and a strong pipeline of projects.
The Role: Leading a team of 5-10 other contract administrators Maintaining current contract templates Working closely with PMs to ensure budgets are met Main contact for escalation concerning issues and disputes About You: 10+ years experience in a Contracts Administrator role in a construction environment with projects between $30m-$80m Previous examples of leadership capabilities Knowledge and understanding of all construction contracts, finances, and risk To register your interest, please apply via the online function with an up-to-date resume and cover letter.
