Senior Contract Administrator | Western Suburbs Leading Commercial Tier 1 Builder seeks an experienced Contract Administrator for complex large-scale projects in the Western Suburbs.
This established organization has been operating for over 30 years, working across Australia on projects valued up to $500M.
The project is forecasted to take 3 years. If you are looking for long-term locked-in work with a reputable builder, this could be the role for you.
You will be working with some of the most senior leaders in complex construction in Victoria.
As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for: Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules Progress claim assistance and external variations Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants Administration of the project HSE system To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator, you will require: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia Large scale ($50m + projects) multi-res/commercial experience is a must CHEOPS software experience will be highly regarded Knowledge of the VIC construction market and subcontractors Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Billy Marotta on 0420 941 667 or click apply.
