Senior Contract Administrator | Tier 2 Commercial Builder

A Senior Contract Administrator is required by this National Tier 2 builder. The role will require you to mentor and support some Jnr CA'sWhy this Senior CA role? Work within a team with a secure pipeline of work (2 years) Profitable national top-tier building contractor ($1B + turnover) Hold a mentorship/leadership role Take ownership of all financial and contractual deliverables across an $80M+ project with multiple facilities under construction The Company This national builder delivers over $1 Billion of projects across Australia, annually, and deliver projects here in Melbourne from $5M through to $100M across Industrial, Health, Education and Institutional projects. They have a range of project experiences and you could work on any number of types of build from hotels and student accommodation, through to commercial buildings, hospitals, schools or sports/aquatic centres. Highly regarded as an employer of choice, and a culture of high performance, they are now looking to grow a project team and within that, a highly capable Senior Contract Administrator. The position Reporting in to the Commercial Manager and supporting a team of intermediate and junior-level Contract Administrators across multiple projects, you will be expected to deliver the full range of Contract Administration duties, on projects from start to completion. Duties include: Vetting and letting of contract packages Negotiating with Sub-contracts Writing scopes of works Administering variations and progress claims Project cost reporting and financial management Should you apply?
