Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims & Documentation. Attending Site Meetings and creating financial reports. Negotiating with trades. Vetting & letting sub contractor agreements. Mitigating risk for the head contractor, client and sub contractor in a fair manner. Commit time to value engineer and offer different construction methods to suit program, budget and overall project. YOU
Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial projects between $15m - $60m across diverse sectors Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple construction software platforms Foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors right across Victoria Work with likeminded individuals who value good humor & easy-going work environments with a common goal of success ACTION
