Busy and highly respected Tier 1 builder are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team working on a $500 mil CBD development.The company, which has been established for over 40 years, specializes in government and commercial projects up to $1 bil. They are highly respected in what they do and due to continuous project wins are looking to add another Contracts Administrator to the team.Responsibilities:Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statementsProvide input for financial reports to the Management TeamEnsure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope of works and inclusions in tender packagesPreparation of tender documentation required for the procurement of sub-contractors including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative tender analysis and recommendations.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultantsLiaise with clients regarding progress claims to Head ContractTo be considered for this role you will have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similarExperience working on commercial projectsTier 1 or 2 experienceExperience working on projects over $80 mil as the Senior CASolid local experience working as a Contracts AdministratorPrevious proven experience completing multiple projects from start to finishUnderstanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contractsA working knowledge of major building tradesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsBenefits of the role:A strong pipeline of current and future workFlat senior management structure - work closely with very senior and highly respected industry leadersCompetitive salaryCentrally located projectsFriendly and family-oriented workplace cultureCareer progression opportunitiesInternal promotion opportunities before recruitingSupportive team environmentIf you feel this is the job for you, please get in touch with Gaby Scott: 0466901687 / ******
