Position Purpose: The Senior Contracts Administrator is a critical member of the team, initially ramping up with a $30M+ Multi-Residential project on the South Side of Brisbane. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and financial expertise to ensure successful project delivery within budget, time, and quality standards.
