With a proven business model delivering Commercial construction projects our client is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to work on site with the site team of three CA's. Responsibilities of the Senior CA role include;Scope and Tender Preparation: Develop and manage scopes of work and tender packages. Handle the procurement process, including reviewing and awarding subcontracts to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.Contract Management: Administer subcontracts and supply agreements, including managing payments, variations, and final claims. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and handle the distribution of contractual correspondence.Project Understanding: Interpret project specifications and drawings to understand both head contract and subcontract scopes of work.Compliance and Reporting: Monitor compliance with contractual terms and prepare detailed reports on the commercial performance of the project. Conduct regular financial reviews, including budgeting, cost analysis, revenue tracking, and progress reporting.Financial Oversight: Assist with internal and external financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely management of project finances throughout the lifecycle.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to contract administration, and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively.Key Requirements:Minimum of 8 years' experience in a contract administration role within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction company in Australia, Australian work experience is Essential.
