Senior Contract Administrator

A commercial construction business that specializes mainly within the school sector on projects up to $50 million is currently recruiting a senior contract administrator/contracts manager to oversee a current project and assist on all future projects.
This role will be site-based in the first instance in Liverpool and will see you working with an experienced project manager, project engineer, site engineer, site manager, and foreman. The role reports directly to the owner of the business.
You will have:
Commercial construction experience
Full construction lifecycle experience including ECIS
Ability to work autonomously
Seven years + experience as a contract administrator
