Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Senior Contract Administrator to join our client's team on a permanent basis.
The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle.
This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Please note that this is a permanent full-time role with 5 days per week in the office, located in Rosebery, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain contract files and documentation, tracking key dates and milestones.
Communicate contract-related information to stakeholders, providing guidance on contractual rights and obligations.
Collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions.
Identify risks and opportunities in contracts and propose solutions to mitigate risks and maximize outcomes.
Assist in resolving contract disputes and discrepancies.
Monitor contract performance, including deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 8+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or in a similar role.
Experience on projects in the range of $50M - $200M.
Strong experience within commercial / industrial projects.
Strong understanding of contract terms, legal requirements, and contract management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
