The Role
The successful Senior Contact Administrator will be responsible for delivering a $100M new build maintenance facility located in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will lead a team delivering the project from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company's management systems, client's requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation.Ensure that clients' expectations in terms of project quality, time & budget are delivered.Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages.Tender packages cover full scope.Viewpoint input to be accurate and completed on time.Subcontractor information received and processed.Progress claims and variations paid on time.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 - 10 years' experience ideally with a builder.Strong negotiation skills & the ability to build subcontractor relationships.Understand scope of works and identify missing items.Knowledge and understanding of contract terms and conditions.Knowledge of building principles & construction.Experience of head contracts / notices, EOT etc.Management of subcontractors leading the full procurement process.BenefitsWell established builder with long standing history & great reputation.Quick career progression opportunities due to flat structure.Opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio with a healthy pipeline of work.Regularly social engagements both internal & external.Yearly annual pay reviews and performance management.
