Senior Contract Administrator

Our client is a are a well-established commercial builder in the Perth market who specialise in commercial apartments, mixed use and retail projects. With a highly experienced management team, they have strong developer relationships resulting in a healthy pipeline of committed work. Offering their clients flexibility in services provided, they have built strong relationships producing a high level of repeat business.
They are now seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Proven experience as Contract Administrator on similar sized projects. Previous apartment project experience. You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Strong systems experience, ideally CHEOPS. Someone flexible, adaptable and hard working.
