Your new role This is a great opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator to join an established team. There are opportunities to work on projects in North Melbourne or Western Melbourne.
Responsibilities:Oversee construction contracts and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.Assist with the procurement of materials across various projects, including delivery to site.Draft subcontract documentation.Review, develop and administer trade packages scope of work before calling for tenders.Assess quotes, negotiate, and provide tender price comparisons and recommendations.Handle and evaluate variations and claims with project teams.Requirements:7+ years of experience in Contracts Administration.Experience working on different commercial projects from values above $50mil.Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.JOBPAC experience preferred, as well as proficiency across MS Suite.Benefits:Excellent opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 commercial builder.Down-to-earth office culture and approachable senior team.Strong pipeline of projects available with a good portion of repeat business.Free health assessments for all staff.Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.Excellent salary package available - $180,000 - $210,000.Real opportunities for further growth as seen with their current long-term employees.Please apply or get in touch with Louise - ****** to find out more information.
