The Company
Our client is a builder who has grown from a small fit-out company to one of Australia's largest contractors in the past 30 years.
Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to projects as large as $800M.
Their QLD operation has been operating for nearly 20 years and delivers a mixture of fit outs/large refurbishments and new build construction projects to a value of $500M.
They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most people's head.

The role – Senior Contract Administrator - $100M project
Over the past few months, the QLD team has started several key projects, including a large student accommodation project valued at $100M located at Southport.
We are looking for a Senior CA to join an experienced and established team; the project has not long started.
Their aim is to grow their Gold Coast presence and intend to have many projects on the coast after this one.
This is a 2-year project.

What we are looking for:

A construction degree Previous experience with a well-known builder in the Tier 1, Tier 2 space Experience on projects of $60M plus 10 years plus in the industry Stability on your CV A team player How to apply
