Senior Contract Administrator

Our client is a well-established commercial builder in the Perth market who specializes in commercial apartments, mixed-use, and retail projects.
With a highly experienced management team, they have strong developer relationships resulting in a healthy pipeline of committed work.
Offering their clients flexibility in services provided, they have built strong relationships producing a high level of repeat business.

They are now seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a Contract Admin role on commercial building projects.
Previous apartment or retail project experience would be highly regarded.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and hard-working.
