Working with our growing ACT division you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous projects.
THE ROLE Overall head contract, subcontract and commercial management supportImplement process improvements for Project administration proceduresCommercial planning and procurement in accordance with contractual requirements.Procurement of specialist equipment via overseas supply chain.Internal project forecasting and budget management processesPrepare and manage internal and external monthly reporting activitiesManage variations and proposals in a timely fashionEnsure ongoing commercial and contractual compliance and support to the project teamUnderstand the Scope of Works and identify opportunities and risk to the projectEstablish and maintain project administration processes, including Document Control, RFIs, Submittals, and Transmittals and Variation registersManage subcontractor and supplier contracts, variations and contract noticesAdminister Deeds of Release and Final Accounts at project close outOversee client and stakeholder requests to improve project outcomesLead and mentor within the commercial teamABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied contract administration role along with:
