Administer and manage commercial construction contracts from inception to completion.Prepare, review, and maintain all contract-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Prepare regular reports on contract status, financials, and project progress for senior management and stakeholders. Essential Skills and Knowledge Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
(Required)7+ years of post-university experience within the commercial construction industry (Required)Exposure to commercial projects $100m+ (Required)Proven tenure in recent positions.Able to create reports and analyze data.Solid reporting and presentation skills.Demonstrates a high level of initiative and motivation.Strong oral and written communication skills.Experience using Jobpac, Procore, Hammertech, and the Microsoft Suite.
