Senior Contract Administrator

$185,000 base + Super + Car Brisbane based – Supporting rural projects Well Established company with financial stability This business is considered to be a leading mid-tier contractor, their focus is predominantly on Main Roads projects although the company boasts a number of other successful results in water/waste water and defence projects.

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator with a Quantity Surveying or Engineering background to manage all commercial agreements, contracts and cash flow across a civil engineering business. This will be a challenging role that will demand previous experience in contractual disputes and negotiation solutions with demanding clients in civil engineering.

While working closely with Project Managers and the Commercial Manager, your role will include:

Assist Project Managers in subcontractor and consultant management Manage head contract variations and scope changes Develop cost controls for projects and reporting requirements Account finalisation of head contract and subcontracts This is a highly rewarding role that will ensure long-term employment here in Queensland.
