Your day to day may include:Managing contractual issues associated with subcontractors and/or suppliers and providing advice to the management team on contractual issuesManaging subcontract progress payment claims, variations, contractual claims and final accounts in accordance with the terms of subcontractsManaging the submission of progress claims and final accounts, ensuring payments are concluded on timeAssisting with the preparation of monthly reportsAnalysing financial and costs reports, identifying existing or potential variances/trends, providing recommendations as appropriate for agreement with the Project ManagerTo be successful in this role you will have:Minimum 4 years' experience in project/contractual engineering/constructionDemonstrated experience in construction financial management software e.g. Jobpac or other similar productsKnowledge of the commercial management, legal and governance requirements of construction projectsKnowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administrationExcellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnelPrevious experience on major projects and/or alliances is advantageousSound analytical and negotiation skillsHow to Apply:If you meet the above criteria, please click 'Apply Now' or contact Stuart on 0455737222.
