ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY With a new $250mil high rise apartment project on the eastern side of the CBD this large builder requires a Senior CA to manage the commercial function on the project.
You will have a full team (CA, Junior CA/Cadet & Project Admin) to manage and help complete the work.
Working with the PM and SPE you will be integral to managing the client and consultants successfully.
What's next after this project is complete?
Larger commercial projects that offer the potential to progress to a Contract Manager role.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED They are looking for a Senior CA who is not content to just run through the motions, but wants to do more, to make decisions, to lead and ultimately show they are capable of being a Contract Manager.
