Senior Contract Administrator

About Our Client Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, industrial, health-care, education and government sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025 and as such they are looking to add a Senior Contracts Administrator to their team to play a leadership role within the business.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsTaking ownership of monthly cost reportsMentoring other members of the project delivery teams The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.Excellent interpersonal skills What's on Offer On offer:
