Senior Contract Administrator -$20M Education Project- $150K-$170K Plus Super

Fun and Collaborative team culture About the Company My client is an established Principal Contractor with a focus on Education, Commercial and Industrial projects up to $20m both New Build & Fit out.
About the Role   Reporting to the Construction Manager and Director, the Senior Contracts Administrator will slot into the Senior Management team and assume commercial responsibility for the project.
Your duties will include: Procurement  Manage project budgets, payments and financial tracking Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Negotiating and finalizing contracts Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations Cost Control Culture They have a created an inclusive, friendly and high performing environment.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior CA or strong CA experience looking to take next step Experience on commercial new builds upwards of $10m Experience with sub-contractor packages over $1m an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have experience within Australian Market Benefits: Attractive package up to $170k plus super Opportunity to work on interesting projects They are a growing business and believe from promoting within, with this role leading to a PM or CM depending on the path you choose.
