Seeking Senior Contract Administrator for High-End Hospitality Projects ($2m - $15m)Join a specialist team managing boutique bars and luxury hospitality projects for multi-million dollar publicans and hoteliers. Our client, a well-regarded leader in the hospitality construction space, is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee complex, detail-rich projects from inception to completion.
We're seeking a Senior CA who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver exceptional results, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing success of negotiated projects. With a robust two-year project pipeline across Sydney and Melbourne, this role presents opportunities for substantial impact and career progression.
Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle using Procore, from scoping and procurement to contract administration and financial closeout.Financial and Budget Management: Lead the financial planning and management for each project, including budget forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure the project meets profitability targets.Cost Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular, detailed cost reports and forecasts to project stakeholders, identifying potential financial risks early and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Negotiate contracts, oversee payments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure financial efficiency and quality standards are met.Commercial Management: Maintain the project's commercial standing throughout the build, overseeing cash flow, contract compliance, and resolving financial issues as they arise.Collaboration: Work within a supportive team culture, building strong, respectful relationships across trades, suppliers, and clients.We are seeking a "go-getter"—someone passionate, driven, and committed to their career, with a focus on achieving financial excellence in project management.
