You'll get to deliver the best creative and omni-channel outputs for international event productions with high visibility. You will be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across a variety of channels.
The role is to:
Manage medium to large integrated projects/programs of work for Google Global across multi-channel outputs delivering Video, Display, Social, Search, Print and Experiential with a supporting mid-level production team as part of your extended team.Managing multiple projects from end-to-end, including discovery, SOW and requirements documentation, estimating, timeline management, resourcing, budget management, and project status reporting.Define delivery approach for complex event content productions and manage multiple workstream dependencies, consistently working with project team to improve efficiencies throughout.Manage creation and production of various event content deliverables such as keynote presentations including script, design, animation and final AV asset delivery, product demonstrations involving interactive UI prototypes and/or .mp4 examples, printed / fabricated assets including event signage, experiential builds, and merchandise, digital asset rollouts.Attend and support events and shoot production as required.Vendor selection and contract negotiations for specialist outputs.Manage post-production projects involving edit, animation, audio, finishing and rollout.Skills You will need:
Minimum of 5+ years as an integrated content producer at an agency or production company, ideally with major event knowledgeFirst-rate project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at onceExperience resourcing and managing project teams of up to 15 people depending on the disciplines required for each specific project.Expertise in internal and external people and stakeholder management, forward planning, and relentlessly solutions-focused.Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new toolsTo be eager to grow and expand your production skillsTo follow robust Production processes to deliver all your projects on time, on budget, and to the highest production value possible for the scope of the project.Strong creative problem-solving and organisational skillsFocused, organised and effective in challenging environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Can effectively engage at every level of the organisation, across several departments.Able to replicate competencies and raise up team members.A strong understanding of event AV and live event production planning is a plus.Experience with workflow management tools such as JIRA, WorkBook, Frame IO, and Figma is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
