The opportunity
As a Customer Experience Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Experience team to deliver high-quality customer service and represent Greater Western Water as a customer-focused organization.
You will contribute to our strategic objectives, ensure compliance, and enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members through effective training programs.

Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the design, development, implementation and facilitation of Customer Experience team training and personal development initiatives.
Ensure the Customer Experience team consistently delivers both a positive customer experience and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide support and coordinate training for the Customer Experience team.
Recommend improvements and modify work processes and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Complete required training schedules in a timely and proficient manner.
Skills & Experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in preparing and maintaining work procedures and instructions.
Proven experience in developing training documentation, processes, and procedures within the customer service/experience sector.
Expertise across customer resolution and complaints handling.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Qualification in Workplace Training & Assessment certificate, diploma or degree is essential.
