What you'll be doing
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering transformational projects across technology, process, people, and data domains. You'll work directly with clients to develop and implement target operating models, lead technology selection processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Your role will involve conducting strategic assessments, facilitating workshops, developing solution recommendations, and supporting implementation activities. You'll contribute to proposal development, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior team members. Working closely with Managers, you'll help shape digital strategies, enterprise architecture solutions, and change management approaches while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
