Objectives
Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational development strategies, frameworks and solutions to build organisational effectiveness and performance that are aligned to the strategy.
Support succession planning strategies to align talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development goals and strategies.
Implement workforce strategies that enable changing skill requirements, technology advancement as well as fostering resilience to adapt to evolving workplace dynamics.
Research and make recommendations to develop contemporary and compelling data led talent management strategies and interventions that drive development, inspire our people at all stages of their development and career journey and create frameworks that create competitive advantage in attracting and retaining talent.
Drive an integrated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy, ensuring we make progress and deliver on our goals and commitments.
Provide consulting and coaching services to people leaders to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Contribute to fostering an environment of continuous development, ensuring that our clients are at the centre of our design and implementation approaches.
Contribute to operational effectiveness and simplification initiatives within and across the People Team.
Your background
Experience in organisational development and a true passion for creating people strategies that deliver value and impact.
Experience with Talent and Succession, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture and Engagement, People Communications, Capability and Learning (from needs analysis to evaluation).
Strong communication skills and the ability use multimedia, with a good level of creativity.
Strong knowledge of organisational development theories, principles, and practices.
Collaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
Strong coaching and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.
Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.
Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs.
