You will takeon a lead role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactorsprojects. This position can either be based in one of our offices Perth,Sydney, Adelaide or 100% remote from a home office in Australia.TasksProvide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes byanalysing business requirements and developing effective configurationsolutions evaluating current recruitment practicesLead implementations and support projectsSupport customers in defining, enhancing and documenting business processesDesign solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timelineBuild prototypes: implement the solution and test environmentDefine the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolutionFinaliseconfiguration: migrate the solution to production environment, performdata migration activities, perform cut-over activitiesConduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skillsRequirementsAt least ten years of experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projectsExperienceand in-depth understanding in HXM Process Optimisation and Designcombined with an interest in best practices and latest trends in theareaIdeally certification in SuccessFactors in one or more modules, RCM and ONB is a must, EC would be an additional advantageProficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.Experience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.Experience with the integration into employee centralDriving the development of functional and systems specifications.Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)Benefits- 100% remote work available- Birthday leave- Flexible hours only attached to deliverables- Novated lease- Competitive SalaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-career stage HCM consultantto work with a great hands-on virtual dream team and to train and buildthe skillset across the SuccessFactors suite working on the latesttechnology.Please note legal right to work in Australia is a pre-requisite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
