As our new Senior Consultant , Engagement and Change Advisory , you'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients , de lving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. You'll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change. Here are the key things you'll do: Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind. Deliver social impact assessments and other social value assets to support clients' project development and delivery. Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders. Play an active role in delivering engagement, change and social valu e services for large scale infrastructure projects . Support business development activities and contribute to proposals. Experience delivering social value assessments and other related materials. E xperience deliver ing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement program s . E xperience working across the different phases of an infrastructure project ' s life cycle . Strong communication , engagement, problem solving and presentation skills .
