About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in the ServiceNow team for the APAC region, you will be a high-performing member responsible for delivering ServiceNow projects and services that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll report to the Principal Consultant. This role is open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to, Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including development, testing, and implementation, as a subject matter expert.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of technical deliverables to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality design specifications and documentation, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and ServiceNow best practices.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, influencing process improvements and automation.
Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to the development of technical and consulting capabilities.
Identify and communicate new opportunities within client engagements to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and account managers.

Requirements and Experience
Must-Have Experience:

Proven experience in high-quality ServiceNow project delivery, with a track record of customer satisfaction.
Experience creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
Proficiency in development tools like HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integration methods (e.g., SOAP, MID, email).
Strong ability to lead workshops as part of a project team.
Experience with multiple ServiceNow product lines and insight into future platform roadmaps.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Must-Have Qualifications:

IT degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
ITOM experience, specifically in areas such as Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM.
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
CIS ITSM and at least one other ServiceNow product certification.
ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation across 2+ product lines.
ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications and Experience:

Additional ServiceNow certifications.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
5+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery.
General understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
